Having Manicured Nails That Will Last Longer

Ways to retain well groomed beautiful nails:

To begin with, eat a well-balanced meal that includes nutritious foods such as fruits and green, leafy vegetables. Also, drink more water every day for hydration purposes. Wear gloves while doing the manicure so as to prevent harmful chemicals from touching your hands. Protect your nails by not using it as tools for a manicure. Use nonmetal nails files as these will not cause your nails to chip or to be damage. Find out for further details on manicure table right here.

Remember, never to use an acetone nail polish remover because it dries up quickly and will cause the nail plate of losing its moisture. Refrain from biting your nails as this will also chip your nails. Use hand cream and gently massage oil into your cuticle before going to sleep in order to moisturize it. Materials that you need for Manicure:

The needed materials for manicure includes Nail file, Orange Wood Stick or a Nail Pusher, Nail cushion, Polish Remover, Cotton pads, Base coat nail polish, Desired Nail polish Color, and a Top coat nail polish.

How to start the Manicure Procedures

With the use of the Nail file gently shaped the edges of your nails the way you want it to be. After that, push the hard skin in your nails or the cuticles, if they are not extending over try to leave them alone. Next, immerse a cotton pad in the polish remover to clean each fingernail. This is to make sure that old nail polish had been eliminated and removed from the nail as a result; it will help the base coat nail polish to stick fast.

The Base Coat nail polish is very important for a long lasting polish; apply it to each nail gently. Let the base coat nail polish dry for quite some time, before putting your desired nail color. Start with a light one or apply any color that you solely want and suits you comfortably. Again, let it dry for quite some time before you begin applying the second coat. End it with a nail polish final coating or the top coat.

Try to allow giving an ample amount of time for your fingernail polish (maybe about an hour if needed) to dry first. However, it may also be hard to stay this long especially if you are in a hurry or a little bit too busy but in doing so you will be able to see a perfect fingernail manicure finish.
